During business hours, the office can provide assistance. After hours, we will need to call a locksmith.

As long as the home is returned the way is was given at move in.


Yes, reserved garage parking.

Each home is provided a full size washer and dryer.

Yes, we allow up to two animals - restrictions apply.

$75 monthly per dog, $50 monthly per cat.

Yes, we have one at a neighboring community.

Appliances included are: Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, and Dryer.

No, the Baxter does not offer furnished apartments.

No, we do not offer short term leases.

Yes, the Baxter does offer corporate leases.

No, but there are package lockers where couriers will deliver your packages.


Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome.

Management is very accessible as we have on-site management

This will depend on the day you move in as rent is prorated based on the number of days you occupy your first month.

Online payments are encouraged but we also accept personal check, money order or cashiers check.

Yes, we require a minimum policy that covers 100k or liability and must have no more than a $500 deductible.
